analog clock screensaver

Download Analog Clock Screensaver - White

At my stay in Staffordshire University, UK I found it very annoying not to have an analog clock on the wall and therefore decided to create one in Flash. I made it into a screensaver and thereby utilized the 24/7 online laptop power usage to something good. Many of my fellow students also installed this virtual clock.

A black and white version are now available. The former for those people spending most their time up when others sleep. The latter for the day people.

The analog clock screensaver is currently listed on Freesaver.com.

On attempting to start the screensaver on XP Pro sp2 the following error occurs:  Exception EAccessViolation in module Flash6.ocx at 000503B3.

Access violation at address 1005503BE in module 'Flash.ocx'. Read of address 00000000.

I really liked these screen savers - it would be nice if they could be fixed.

Hi BeJay, have you tried reinstalling the clock? If you right-click on the clock (in this page) what version of the Flash Player does it say you have installed? An finally, do your windows user have admin-rights?

Best,

Anders

I love this screen saver!!!  I have my home gym in my home office - (my gymfice?) and I like to have a BIG analog clock to check pulse and to time exercise circuits.  This is the answer.  No more batteries to replace in a wall clock and no more annoying "ticking" noise which actually can be very distracting when trying to sleep.

One question.  I initially downloaded and installed the white version which is very easy to see.  Then I power usage since it's on for long periods.  (I'm green when I can be...)  I downloaded the black version, but when I went to "select screensaver" it is not available.  If I decide to change to the black version, can  I uninstall the white one and just install the black version?

Thanks in advance,

Mary

Never mind...when I rebooted, the black version is up.  I love this.

These clocks protrayt the eternal battle.  Black and White, Tick, Tock, Tick, Tock,  Al Sharpton & Don Imus running out of time.  The battle of the races continues on the airwaves into the black and white abyss of space towards enternity!  Quack ! Quack ! Qauck !    Elvis is still alive!!!
